Custom Order Deposit
Custom orders require a lot of time, so this is a non refundable £50 consultation fee that need to be paid before I can start discussing a custom order. This deposit goes towards the final price of your piece.
Custom orders are essentially my work, so please refrain from sending examples of other artist's work to copy.
The minimum for a custom order is £50. You can see the prices of my work that are currently in my shop to get an idea of the final price. I can only give exact prices after a design is settled upon.
After the deposit is paid, send me an email detailing what you would like created just for you. From there we can discuss, colours, stones, and the overall design idea. This process will be easy going and we can talk about your budget at this time, this non refundable deposit does get taken from the balance total when final balance is due.
Once the custom order has been approved you will go into my book, ready to be brought to life and I will be able to let you know lead times, these vary depending on the scale of other work but can be between 2 and 6 weeks generally.
*Please remember this is a non refundable deposit ~ if you choose to pull out this will not be refunded due to time /sourcing buying etc.
I will keep you up to date with how your order is progressing with beauty shots of the final piece at the end.
All custom orders need paying within 72 hrs unless otherwised discussed - if there is no communication your custom order will be added to the website and sold on.
